Largest Overwater Living in the World – The Retreats and Reserves

The Retreats

Located on the north side of the island (North-Jetty), the one-bedroom Retreats are the original and firstly build overwater villas of Soneva Jani. The impressive spaces start from 411 sqm (just for one couple!) and goes all the way to 1,291 sqm (the amazing four-bedroom Retreat). These were the introduction of the signature architecture of Soneva Jani when it all began in 2016. The location back then was so carefully chosen that even today, the Retreats are the ones to book if you are looking for a picture-perfect lagoon, straight from the postcard.  The close proximity to The Gathering, the heart of the island is another plus point to consider.

The Reserves

Located on the southern side (South-Jetty) of the island, the Reserves range from 555 sqm to an impressive 1,788 sqm, offering one of the world’s largest overwater living with stunning infinity pools and up-scale woodwork. Few improvements here, apart from the lavish space is the infinity pool that edges the large terrace and a refreshed look. It is just a place to be for any luxury lover.
